We flew into Southwest Florida looking for a home not sure of what was available. I had lived in Florida before for 18 years and was very familiar with the challenges present because of high insurance rates and homes that were going to come with plenty of "to-do's" on the list. I had renovated numerous homes in my past and at this point, not looking for any more challenges. We just wanted to relax in a low maintenance, affordable and well-built home. We communicated with Ciro our expectations and he showed us houses that we had on a list. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and left disappointed but comforted knowing that Ciro was confident he could find us that best of all worlds home. Within two days of arriving back to California, he sent us a listing of a home that was a little pricier than we had expected to pay but was perfect. Best of all, that additional price factored in a slew of upgrades done by the owner and the house as only18 years old. That attention to our needs made us realize that we were actually getting a very good valued home that checked off all the boxes and did not need any immediate maintenance needs addressed. There were a couple of hiccups because we were determined to have a quick closing but we bought this house unseen and closed within 40 days and are thrilled with our new home. Ciro went to bat for us on all issues from the inspections, negotiations and all those little details involved and surrounded himself with excellent attorneys and contractors. Always a smile and upbeat attitude but not afraid to lay down the law if needed to get things done fast and properly. In a day where the world has become more cold and business focused, Ciro stands out as if he was a relative or best friend doing the work for you. He even cheerfully, picked up our mail; and checked on the home before we could manage to drive from across the country. We really lucked out and I'm glad to call Ciro a friend and know that anyone else would be happy with his cheerful and pro-active work ethic.
